Phase 1 begins with a deep discovery process of our clients’ complete business model including all primary objectives, competitive landscape and user analysis. You will be working directly with one of our Business Analysts.

2. Flowcharts & Web Architecture

Phase 2 starts with a design plan that includes user functionality and company branding / aesthetics . A clear and concise corporate messaging statement must be outlined at this point. The overall flow of the project will be diagramed from a conceptual perspective. Our team uses mind map software to generate detailed flowcharts of business models and site diagrams that are easily adjusted on the fly. We now have a basic concept of what the site’s primary characteristics are and what it may look like as a finished product. Timelines are predicted and your personal Project Manager is introduced into the equation.

3. Coding / Programming
