Scott Jay Ringle

Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer

As the visionary co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of E.B.B. Interactive, Scott’s list of accolades is extensive and diverse. Mr. Ringle’s proven web technology based business development strategies start with capturing your target market and directly increasing quarterly revenue generation. Often this is the result of effective influence via the deployment of contemporary digital marketing and web design strategies.

With over eighteen years in the Fortune 1000 Web Technology trenches Scott Jay Ringle is the visionary executive that has the requisite experience to fashion a fully integrated high margin digital business model for any vertical market.

Prior to co-founding E.B.B. Interactive, Scott held executive and senior level management positions with the top web technology firms on the planet. Mr. Ringle was circling the globe designing large scale web architecture solutions, positioning proprietary Internet hardware and software for global channel distribution, training sr. systems engineers for implementation strategies and forming enterprise level strategic alliances with other global technology firms.

Mr. Ringle was directly employed by these global technology pioneers: Cisco Systems, Nortel, Alteon Web Systems, AirWave Wireless, 3Com, Bay Networks, AT&T, Pacific Bell, Radware, F5 Networks, and BitDefender. In addition, Mr. Ringle has played integral roles in gaining global mind-share toward acquisition status for several Fortune 1000 technology corporations.

Mr. Ringle received his BA at San Diego State University in Marketing & Financial Services with a Minor in Marine Biology. However, his passion for non-linear mathematics and logarithmic equations, inherited genes from his father Jimmy Lee Ringle – Sr. Nuclear Engineer/Physicist, proved to be one of his largest assets as a true technology entrepreneur.

Scott has attained the following technology certifications from Cisco Systems and Google:

Don Carson

President

With over twenty years direct B2B experience, Mr. Carson specializes in helping web technology Pre-IPO corporations get traction as the go to market. Some of Dons’ strategies include Fortune 5000 strategic alliances, vertical market analysis and corporate mindshare national expansion best practices. Mr. Carson brings a plethora of knowledge to E.B.B. Interactive as acting President and his extensive list of accolades are hard to summarize in this brief bio.

Prior to joining E.B.B. Interactive, Don was circling the globe on many occasions with CEO, Scott Jay Ringle, working on joint projects with companies like BitDefender, IBM’s Tivoli Software division, Compuware, BayNetworks and 3Com. In addition, Don branched off into the multi-billion dollar staffing industry to gain market share for mega corporations like Robert Half International and Spherion. Don also founded and gained VC funding for Carvechi (a boutique staffing agency) and 724 Solutions (formerly TANTAU Software).

Mr. Carson received his BA and MBA at Boise State University with a discipline in Marketing and Finance.

Brookes L. Ringle

Co-Founder / Chief Operations Officer

Co-founding E.B.B. Interactive was second nature to Mrs. Ringle. Her extensive B2B executive management knowledge combined with an in-depth understanding of digital marketing, web technologies and software development gives her the requisite experience to produce an effective operations model for the corporation.

Brookes oversees the day-to-day operations of our multi-tier conglomerate. Specializing in Total Quality Management Best Practices she ensures extreme precision with regard to product launches, project management, software implementation and resource delegation.

Mrs. Ringle plays an integral part in our organization’s overall strategy and mission statement, as well as aligns personnel with company core objectives.

Her mindset is one of the cornerstones of our entire operation. Prior to co-founding E.B.B. Interactive, Brookes deployed her unique management style with companies such as David Systems, Bay Networks, Satellite Labs and several Silicon Valley start-ups.

Brookes attended Loyola Marymount University (LMU) in Los Angeles with a discipline in Psychology, Computer Engineering and Computer Science.

David Ross

Chief Technology Officer

With Over 28 years experience in software development, enterprise project management, network architecture design, systems engineering, enterprise web design and web application development Mr. Ross is the acting Chief Technology Officer as well as one of the principles at E.B.B. Interactive.

David has 15 years direct senior programming experience in web technologies such as ASP.NET, PHP, MySQL, MySQL Server, Cold Fusion, Oracle, JavaScript, JQuery, XQuery, XML, MS Visual Studio, CS5 and Flash web design. Recently as Mobile Web Design and Mobile Web Development have come to play his engineering team also specializes in iPhone and iPad Web Application Development.

Mr. Ross brings serious clout to E.B.B. Interactive and his gifted team concentrate on creating some of the most advanced web designs in the industry..

Mr. Ross received his degree in Web Design & Architecture from the famous California Polytechnic State University (CALPOLY) – San Luis Obispo, CA

Doug Guthrie

Co-Founder / Sr. Vice President, Interactive Design

With over 20 years of business experience and managing people and projects, Doug brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and innovation to the design team at E.B.B Interactive. Doug oversees a talented group of individuals that work together as a team to bring our clients designs that not only appeal to the eye, but more importantly, convert sales. Our websites are not only designed to be visually pleasing, but also easy to navigate and keep visitors informed and interested.

Driven – that’s the best way to describe Doug’s leadership and the way he pursues perfection. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch designs to all our clients, big and small.

The New York native is a graduate of Kent State University where he earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with a major in marketing and has a degree in web design and development from Kennesaw State University. He has lived in the metro Atlanta area for the past 11 years and added video filming and editing to his resume while working independently for various media production companies.

Darren Nofizger

Sr. Vice President, Business Development

After reaching his 17th year in the web technology and network architecture space Darren Nofizger joins E.B.B. Interactive as the Sr. Vice President of Business Development. Darren brings a plethora of experience to the E.B.B. team with his specialized talents in business development, strategic alliances and web design architecture.

Prior to joining E.B.B. Interactive Mr. Nofziger shared global territories and revenue growth goals with other founding members of the team at companies like David Systems, Alteon Web Systems, Nortel and Facteon. While averaging a 137% increase in projected revenue per quarter, Darren simultaneously opened 3 major territories in the United States and South America. Corporate mindshare, territory expansion and web technology sales training will be spearheaded by Darren’s department.

Sue Macedo

Regional Sales Director, West Coast

Sue is a leading expert in Web Technologies including Multi Media Web Design, Software Development and Online Marketing and Branding for Small to Medium sized as well as Enterprise level businesses.

Specializing in online business web development, she has analyzed multitudes of business models from industries on a global level providing web technology solutions to keep her clients well ahead of the competition.

Sue has a passion for what she considers to be the ‘backbone’ of this country – Small Businesses– and concentrates her efforts in providing advanced online business solutions, education and training to owners in this industry.

Mrs. Macedo has been a small business owner for the last 25 years. Most recently, she was President and CEO of Rycor, Inc.; a firm specializing in joint venture real estate development investments and projects.

Sue is a graduate of Cal State University Fullerton with a BA in Telecommunications.

Hrvoje Livnjak

Director of Graphic Design & Creative Services

With more than 11 years’ experience in creative graphic design Hrvoje brings new meaning to the traditional term Graphic Artist. Working with some of the biggest names in the world of direct internet sales, Mr. Livnjak’s track record for creating high conversion graphics, sales pages, ecommerce design layouts,banner ads, ecovers, landing pages and web design concepts speaks for itself.

Hrvoje is a Master Graphic Designer who has in-depth knowledge of graphic design as it applies to search marketing rules and regulations often exceeding Google and other search engines standards of compliance.

Mr. Livnjak’s P.H.D level knowledge of Adobe CS5 makes him another amazing addition to the E.B.B. Interactive Design Team.

Jane DeVaughan

Support Team Director

Living in the technology trenches for over 10 years gives new meaning to the phrase “applied sciences”. Jane has more ‘business to consumer’ experience in the software industry than she cares to admit. This highly specialized type of person adapts to a multitude of personalities to ensure smooth interaction between people and technology. Truly a gift in anyone’s eyes.

Prior to assisting with setting up our customer support center from day one of our corporate launch, Jane put herself through the ringer with companies like David Systems, 3Com and two of her own self-funded start-ups.

Jane attended Radford University in Virginia with a discipline in Business Management and Finance.
